| About this online system |

| This online tool is "real-time", meaning that activities you do are recorded and effective immediately. When you schedule a conference timeslot, that timeslot is now assigned to you, there is no lag time and no additional step is necessary to confirm your selection. The same is true if you modify a conference you previously scheduled. Once you have made your conference selections, you can choose to either simply close your browser window or click on the "Logout" link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. |

| This online tool is compatible with the latest browser versions of Internet Explorer, FireFox and Netscape on Windows operating systems, as well as the latest browser versions of Safari and Firefox on Mac operating systems.
